Shelly Rosenberg began investing in real estate during the Texas RTC days of the early 1990’s.  Although the majority of his expertise is in the multifamily sector, he has also invested in both industrial warehouse (eg. Arrow Industries Portfolio) and office buildings (eg. O&Y Properties).

 

Shelly’s main focus is acquisitions and financing.  In addition, he oversees the non-real estate investments for the Rosenberg Family Office.  He graduated from University of Denver with a B.S. in Finance, and he later added a J.D. from University of Baltimore.
