As Vice President of Karkaw Development Corporation,  Simon oversees acquisitions and handles investor relations.

 

As the acquisitions manager, Simon helps with underwriting potential acquisitions, gathering due diligence, market studies, and gathering market research.

 

Simon's underwriting, market research, and financial analyses help to ensure that the Karkaw team is well informed and knowledgeable about the market, in order to make sound investment decisions, and provide maximum risk-adjusted returns to investors.

 

Simon graduated from Providence College with a B.S. in Business, and he later added a J.D. from University of Maryland.
